RA ATUM is an original Layer-1 blockchain project founded by Arpan Jaidev. Its C++ core defines the ledger, native assets, address format, validator membership, and finalized state as one coherent architecture.

HEKA127 is the network’s Operating Brain. It evaluates evidence and records reasoned advice, while signed validator membership and consensus remain authoritative. HEKA127 does not hold private keys and incomplete evidence fails closed.

The current RA ATUM HEKA127 environment is a controlled working testnet with a five-validator topology. Native RA pays gas. The separate RAK ledger asset supports RA KIDS activity across games, shopping, and learning.

The explorer is read-only evidence: finalized records can be cited, while a missing record remains Unknown. This separation between advice, authority, and evidence is the foundation of the RA ATUM platform.
