Introduction

Welcome to RA ATUM (“RA ATUM,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the website or working-testnet interfaces, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • By using our services, you represent that you are legally allowed to do so.

2. Services

  • RA ATUM provides information and interfaces for an original Layer-1 working testnet, including native assets, explorer evidence, RA KIDS, and node-operator workflows.
  • The current network is a controlled testnet, not a public mainnet.
  • We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for the security of your devices and internet connection.
  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access or interfere with our systems.

4. Wallet & Blockchain Use

  • Users are responsible for using the correct RA ATUM network, chain ID, and address format.
  • Finalized blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and private keys.

5. Native Assets

  • RA is the native gas coin; RAK is the separate RA KIDS ledger asset.
  • Neither asset has an external contract address, and no automatic RA-to-RAK conversion is offered.

6. Asset Disclaimer

  • Testnet RA and RAK are presented for network utility and testing, not as an investment offer.
  • No promise of profit or future value is made.

7. Fees & Taxes

  • You are responsible for all network (“gas”) fees associated with transactions.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your activities.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use RA Atum for illegal activities (including money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or activities that violate sanctions/AML/CFT laws). We may suspend access if you violate laws or these Terms.

9. Risk Disclosure

  • Testnet software may contain defects, change without notice, or reset.
  • Node, wallet, explorer, or network failures can cause loss of testnet state or access.
  • Not-found evidence remains Unknown and must not be represented as finalized fact.

10. Third-Party Services

We may link to or rely on third-party hosting, analytics, or content-delivery services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services or their policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and trademarks are owned by RA Atum or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RA Atum from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA ATUM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including losses from security incidents, key mismanagement, software defects, or third-party services.

15. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the competent courts located in India.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RA Atum regarding the services.
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
