Before using a RA ATUM wallet, confirm:
  • The network is RA ATUM HEKA127
  • The chain ID is 127
  • The address format is ra followed by 40 lowercase hexadecimal characters
Asset not showing?
  • RA is the native gas asset with 0 decimals and has no contract address
  • RAK is the separate RA KIDS ledger asset with 0 decimals and has no contract address
  • Check only finalized activity in the RA ATUM Explorer
Failed or unknown transaction?
  • Ensure the sender has enough native RA for gas
  • RAK activity currently follows a fixed 1 RA gas policy
  • A missing record remains Unknown until finalized evidence exists
Qualification or validator state not advancing?
  • Confirm the node is registered as a candidate
  • Review HEKA127 qualification evidence and approval state
  • Validator admission is fail-closed: incomplete evidence does not become approval
  • Never submit or share private keys with support
Problems accessing a network surface?
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date (Chrome, Firefox recommended)
  • On mobile, retry with a current browser and stable connection
  • Disable conflicting extensions, clear your cache, and retry
  • Check the network, chain ID, and RA address format
